Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services Partnership Plus Participant

Step 1

Add your information below or contact Ability Leads, an American Dream Employment Network (ADEN) Member, at

515.525.8259 for a quick consultation. If we determine that the Ticket to Work (TTW) program is the right fit, then we will check your Ticket status and move on to Step 2.

Learn more about TTW:

https://www.choosework.ssa.gov/

Step 2

Step 2

You will work with an Ability Leads Certified Disability Benefits Planner to develop an Individual Work Plan (IWP). This can be done in person, over the phone, or virtually. After you sign your IWP then Ability Leads will connect your Ticket request with ADEN, a division of the National Disability Institute, an approved Employment Network operating under Social Security's TTW program.

See Step 3.

Step 3

Step 2

After your Ticket is assigned, Ability Leads will connect with you on, at a minimum, a monthly basis. We will assist you with your employment goals, benefit questions, and share resources to help you meet your goals and increase your financial independence!

Ticket to Work is a free and voluntary program.
